PhD dissertation
My somewhat alternative PhD disseration. The content is pretty conventional, but I am publishing it as I write.
I’m a PhD in Archaeology working to learn more about what people ate in the past, using methods from archaeology and oral microbiology. I’m dedicated to keeping my research and findings accessible, transparent, and reproducible. I enjoy exploring different ways to communicate my findings, in addition to the more conventional publishing methods.
I also work as a Data Steward at TU Delft, where I support researchers in research data management and Open Science. I provide trainings on these topics, as well as participating in Data Carpentry and Software Carpentry workshops on R, git, and unix.
